A very nice place to stay on Golden pond!!!
Very nice and cozy. Clean and well maintained. Hot tub was awesome. Easy access to pond for fishing.
My friends and I did not personally stay at the Golden Pond facilities, but rather in a home right by the resort which shared the same parking lot, swimming pool, basketball hoop, volleyball court, etc. We were never told that these amenities were not for our use and thus began playing a game of basketball on our first night staying in the area. A man who we assume is the owner of Golden Pond came over and told us in a rather rude manner to leave the court and that it and all other fixtures were off limits for our rental and the boat that we had parked in the parking lot had to be moved into the tiny driveway associated with the home we were renting, despite there being no other demand for the parking lot. The man seemed to be a little unreasonable and overly critical of our younger age without even taking the time to speak with us before deciding we deserved no respect. We certainly wouldn't want to trespass upon another person's property without the right to do so, but felt the situation could have been explained in a much better way.

We stayed at one of the cabins at the resort and it was phenomenal! They provided everything we needed and more! The beds are so comfortable, everything was incredibly clean, and the pond is gorgeous!
