This is twice I have been in your office and been so disappointed! The first was when my husband broke his ankle and to this day still has a large piece of ankle bone floating in his foot and you didn't offer to fix. Then the second time was when I brought my 82 year old mom in there for gout and you could see her foot was extremely swelled and in pain but you grabbed it and squeeze it and then had the gall to look at her and say "Remember you came to me."
